You will find information here about my private practice as a Clinical Sexologist and Relationship Coach. This is a part of my life I find fulfilling as it allows me to help others to live a more satisfying life. I love working with both couples and individuals and seeing the progress they make. We all can change and grow if we first have the desire and then make the commitment to do exactly that.

You will also read about my book, “Oh No! I’ve Become My Mother”. This book takes a look at relationships between moms and daughters and what each daughter picks up from her mom and carries into adult life. Some times its good and some times it isn’t and becomes a detriment to us daughters who didn’t have the perfect mom.
